About the App
PostcardLog is an iOS app for postcard collectors, Postcrossing members, and pen-pal swappers. Log the front and back of every postcard you send, receive, or keep, search your history before you send again, watch your collected countries fill in on a map, and keep a wishlist for the postcards you’re still hoping to receive.
All data you save stays on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.

FAQ
Q. What is the country collection map?
Every postcard you log with a country or region attached counts toward your collection. Collected countries light up on an interactive world map, and a grid view lets you browse collected and not-yet-collected countries as separate sections. It’s free and unlimited — no Pro requirement.
Q. How does the wishlist work?
Add an entry for a theme, country, or era you’d like to receive. When a matching postcard arrives, mark the wishlist entry as fulfilled and link it to the postcard you log — it moves from your wishlist into your collection with the connection kept.
Q. What postcard-printing eras can I tag?
Pioneer, Undivided Back, Divided Back, White Border, Linen, Chrome, and Continental — seven eras spanning from the earliest postcards through today, based on standard deltiology (postcard collecting) conventions. These match the era tags shown in the app.
Q. Where is my data stored?
Everything is saved locally on your iPhone. No account is required, and nothing is uploaded to the cloud or an external server.
Q. Can I back up my collection?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export with photos (ZIP) to save everything — postcards, wishlist entries, and photos — as a single file. Use Restore from ZIP to bring it back, on the same device or a new one.
Q. Can I purchase Pro anytime?
Yes. Open Settings in the app to purchase at any time. It’s a one-time purchase — no recurring fees.
Q. How do I restore a previous Pro purchase?
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Q. Can I sync across multiple iPhones or iPads?
Not automatically. Data is stored locally on each device. Use the ZIP export/restore feature to move your collection to another device manually.

国・地域を紐づけて記録した絵葉書は、そのままコレクションとしてカウントされます。獲得済みの国はインタラクティブな世界地図上で光り、獲得済み・未獲得をグリッド表示で分けて見ることもできます。無料・無制限でご利用いただけます。
Q. ほしい物リストはどう使いますか？
ほしいテーマ・国・年代をリストに登録しておき、該当する絵葉書が届いたら「入手した！」でリスト項目を達成状態にし、記録した絵葉書と紐づけます。ほしい物リストからコレクションへ、つながりを保ったまま移動します。
Q. どんな年代タグが使えますか？
パイオニア・アンディバイデッドバック・ディバイデッドバック・ホワイトボーダー・リネン・クローム・コンチネンタルの7区分です。絵葉書収集（デルティオロジー）の一般的な区分に基づき、アプリ内の年代タグ表示と一致しています。
Q. 保存したデータはどこに保管されますか？
すべてあなたのiPhone内に保存されます。アカウント登録は不要で、クラウドや外部サーバーへのアップロードも行いません。
Q. コレクションのバックアップは取れますか？
はい。「設定」→「写真付きで書き出し（ZIP）」から、絵葉書・ほしい物リスト・写真をすべて1つのファイルとして保存できます。「ZIPから復元」から、同じ端末でも新しい端末でも復元可能です。
Q. Proはいつでも購入できますか？
はい。アプリ内の「設定」画面からいつでもご購入いただけます。買い切りのため、追加費用は一切かかりません。
Q. 以前購入したProを復元するには？
「設定」画面内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。購入時と同じApple IDでサインインした状態でお試しください。
Q. 複数のiPhoneやiPadで同期できますか？
自動同期には対応していません。データは各端末にローカル保存されます。別の端末に移したい場合は、ZIPの書き出し・復元機能をご利用ください。
