Introduction
Kore Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS app ShrimpNote (“the App”) handles information.
Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Contacts, microphone access, or continuous location tracking
- Activity outside the App
Information Stored on Your Device
Colony records, individual shrimp data, grade evaluations, molt logs, water quality logs, water change logs, breeding logs, grade and lineage definitions, photos you add, and statistics are stored only on your device. We do not send or store this data on our servers or in the cloud.
Photos and Camera
When you add photos for colonies, shrimp, grade evaluations, or molt logs, the App may access your photo library or camera based on your action. Photos are saved only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
If you use Export CSV, Export with photos (ZIP), or the system share sheet, files (including photos in a ZIP) leave your device only because you chose to share or save them. We do not upload these files.
If you use Import data, you select a CSV or ZIP file on your device; the App reads it locally and does not send it to our servers.
Internet Communication
Under normal use, the App does not communicate over the internet. However, in-app purchases involve communication with Apple’s servers and the RevenueCat service. This communication occurs only when you make a purchase or restore purchases.
The App may also open external links (support page, privacy policy, App Store review) when you tap them in Settings. These open in your browser and are initiated only by your action.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the RevenueCat SDK (a U.S. company) to manage in-app purchases.
RevenueCat processes purchase-related information (purchase date, product purchased, Apple anonymous ID). See RevenueCat’s privacy policy:
Apple and the App Store
In-app purchase payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple; we do not receive it directly. See Apple’s privacy policy:
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy in response to legal or service changes. If there are material changes, we will notify you through an app update or on this page.

収集する情報
収集しない情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を一切収集・保存・送信しません。
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人識別情報
- 位置情報
- 連絡先・マイク・位置情報の継続的な追跡
- アプリ外での行動履歴
端末内に保存する情報
ユーザーが登録したコロニー情報・個体情報・グレード判定・脱皮ログ・水質ログ・水換えログ・繁殖記録・グレード/血統定義、および写真は、ユーザーのデバイス内のみに保存されます。当社のサーバーやクラウドには送信・保存されません。
写真・カメラの利用について
コロニー・個体・グレード判定・脱皮ログの写真登録において、ユーザーの操作に基づきフォトライブラリおよびカメラへのアクセスを行う場合があります。取得した写真はユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
CSVエクスポート・写真込みZIPエクスポート・システムの共有シートを利用する場合、ファイル（ZIP内の写真を含む）が端末外に出るのは、ユーザー自身が共有・保存を選択したときのみです。当社がこれらのファイルをアップロードすることはありません。
データインポートでは、端末上のCSVまたはZIPをユーザーが選択し、アプリが端末内で読み取ります。当社サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
インターネット通信について
本アプリは通常の利用においてインターネット通信を行いません。ただし、アプリ内課金の処理および購入の復元においてAppleのサーバーおよびRevenueCatのサービスと通信します。この通信はユーザーの購入・復元操作時にのみ発生します。
設定画面からサポートページ・プライバシーポリシー・App Storeレビューへのリンクを開く場合、ブラウザで外部ページが表示されます。これらはユーザーの操作によってのみ起動します。
サードパーティサービス
本アプリは、アプリ内課金の管理のためにRevenueCat（米国法人）のSDKを使用しています。
RevenueCatは、購入に関する情報（購入日時・購入商品・Apple匿名ID）を処理します。RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシーは以下をご参照ください。
Apple・App Storeとの情報共有
アプリ内課金の決済はAppleのApp Store経由で行われます。決済情報はAppleが管理し、当社は直接取得しません。Appleのプライバシーポリシーは以下をご参照ください。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様からの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、法律の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートまたは本ページにてお知らせします。
