All other data — including your tracked series, nested storage locations (such as room > shelf > case), tags, and active or fulfilled want-list entries — will be restored in full, completely unrestricted by the cap, regardless of whether you are a free or Pro user. Pro users, who have no item cap to begin with, can restore their entire multi-hundred-item catalog with all photos completely intact.
