About the App
BadgeShelf is an iOS app for enamel pin and can badge collectors. Log every piece with its series, quantity, and storage location, track series-completion progress, keep a wish list, review your spending, and share your collection as an image card or a scan-to-match QR code — everything a collector needs, in one place.
All data you save stays on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.

- Item Ledger — Log name, series and series number, type (enamel pin, can badge, acrylic stand, or anything else you type), quantity, displayed/stored status, storage location, purchase source and date, price (8 currencies supported), a photo, tags, and notes. Free up to 30 items.
- Series Tracking — See progress per series (“8/12 owned”) with missing numbers grayed out, and a Complete badge once you’ve got them all.
- Storage Location Map — Organize rooms, shelves, cases, and drawers in a tree structure, and link each item to exactly where it lives.
- Wish List — Save pieces you’re after. Tap “Got it!” to log it as owned, with the name and series prefilled.
- Spending — Total spent, broken down by series, by tag, and by month.
- Share Cards — Generate a New Addition, My Collection, or Series Complete card as an image (watermarked on free; watermark-free on Pro).
- QR Share & Match — Show a series’ ownership as a QR code; scan a friend’s to instantly see what you can trade and what they have that’s on your wish list. Fully offline, no account needed.
- ZIP Backup — Export all your data and photos to a ZIP file, and import it back in anytime. Always free.

Q. What is Series Tracking?
Group items into a series and see your progress at a glance, like “8/12 owned,” with the numbers you’re still missing grayed out so you always know what to look for next.
Q. What is the Storage Location Map?
Register your rooms, shelves, cases, and drawers as a tree, then link each item to exactly where it’s stored. “Where did I put that pin?” becomes a thing of the past.
Q. How does QR Share & Match work?
Pick a series and BadgeShelf turns your ownership into a QR code. When a friend scans it, their app checks it against their own collection and wish list, and shows two things: pieces you could trade with each other, and pieces from your collection that happen to be on their wish list. Everything runs on-device — no internet connection or account required, and it also works by reading a QR code from a saved photo.
Q. Where is my data stored?
Everything is saved locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud or external servers.
Q. Is BadgeShelf Pro a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time purchase. Buy it once from Settings and it’s unlocked for good — no recurring fees.
Q. How do I restore a previous Pro purchase?
Tap Restore Purchase in Settings while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Q. Can I back up or move my data?
Yes. Settings → Export with photos (ZIP) creates a single backup file with all your data and photos. Import it anytime from Settings → Import data. Note: on the free plan, importing items still counts toward the 30-item limit — any items beyond the limit are skipped, so restoring a backup can’t be used to bypass the free-plan cap. Series, storage locations, tags, and your wish list are always imported in full.
Q. Can I sync across multiple iPhones or iPads?
Not at this time. Data is stored locally on each device only. Use ZIP export/import to move your collection to another device manually.

BadgeShelf は、缶バッジ・エナメルピン収集者向けのiOSアプリです。シリーズ・所持数・保管場所を紐づけて記録し、シリーズのコンプ進捗管理、ウィッシュリスト、支出の振り返り、画像カードやQRコードでのシェアまで、コレクターに必要な機能をひとつにまとめました。
保存したデータはすべてあなたのデバイス内に保管されます。外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

Q. シリーズ管理とはどんな機能ですか？
アイテムをシリーズにまとめて、「8/12所持」のように進捗を一目で確認できる機能です。まだ持っていない番号はグレー表示されるので、次に何を探せばいいかがすぐわかります。
Q. 保管場所管理とはどんな機能ですか？
部屋・棚・ケース・引き出しなどをツリー構造で登録し、アイテムひとつひとつに保管場所を紐づけられる機能です。「あのピン、どこにしまったっけ？」がなくなります。
Q. QR共有・照合とはどんな機能ですか？
シリーズを選ぶと、所持状況がQRコードに変換されます。友達がそのQRコードをスキャンすると、友達のアプリが自分のコレクションとウィッシュリストに自動で照合し、「お互いが交換できるもの」と「自分のコレクションの中で友達のウィッシュリストに合うもの」の両方をその場で表示します。すべて端末内で処理されるため、通信環境やアカウント登録は不要です。カメラロールに保存した画像からの読み取りにも対応しています。
Q. 保存したデータはどこに保管されますか？
すべてあなたのiPhone内（端末ローカル）に保存されます。クラウドや外部サーバーへのアップロードは行いません。
Q. BadgeShelf Proはサブスクリプションですか？
いいえ、買い切りです。「設定」画面から一度購入すれば、以降の追加費用は一切かかりません。
Q. 以前購入したProを復元するには？
「設定」画面内の「購入を復元」から、購入時と同じApple IDでサインインした状態で復元できます。
Q. データのバックアップや引っ越しはできますか？
はい。「設定」→「写真付きでエクスポート（ZIP）」から、全データと写真をまとめた1つのバックアップファイルを書き出せます。復元は「設定」→「データをインポート」からいつでも行えます。なお無料版では、インポートするアイテムも30件の無料上限の対象になります。上限を超えた分はスキップされるため、バックアップの復元で無料枠を回避することはできません。シリーズ・保管場所・タグ・ウィッシュリストは常に全件インポートされます。
Q. 複数のiPhoneやiPadで同期できますか？
現在は各端末へのローカル保存のみで、端末間の自動同期には対応していません。別の端末に移したい場合は、ZIPのエクスポート・インポートを手動でご利用ください。
